Any last minute cancellations within 48 hours ,or no show clients must understand that the retainer fee paid upon booking will be kept regardless if service was not rendered, and no show clients will banned from booking ‼️ CARD INFO IS ASKED TO HAVE CARD ON FILE. YOU DO NOT PAY IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING APPOINTMENT, but after you receive services, you can pay with card put on file. PLEASE UNDERSTAND IF YOU REBOOK OR RESCHEDULE MORE THAN 3 times before your appointment your retainer fee will be kept each time, and you will have to pay a whole new fee upon 3rd rebook.Last minute cancellations who spots have to be filled retainer fee will also be kept, UNLESS cancelled by the service provider Marzella Edwards.
